You can purchase - or continue to purchase - your computer software and hardware, your internet services, or anything else you need or want, from anyone you like. (I can certainly offer suggestions and opinions to help you make good value decisions.) I’m here to provide you with something you can’t get anywhere else.

Here’s what I do:

Analyses of existing IT processes within your business - what works, what doesn’t, find out where you’d like to be. Each business is unique, and there’s really no way to predetermine a path from here to there, or a cost/benefit, without this step.

Propose and demonstrate alternatives that will contribute to your profitability. (give you a few ideas and estimate the cost)

Help you source hardware, software, and ISP services that will work for you. (prepare a shopping list)

When you are ready for implementation, I will expertly install your server software and configure the network, including all workstations, for your business environment.

Requirements for training, maintenance and ongoing support of your network will vary from business to business - we can decide what level is right for you.

Small Business Server is designed especially for small businesses that don’t have dedicated IT staff.

Once your network is in production, built-in monitoring, reporting and configuration capabilities continue to provide big savings to your business. I can function as your out-sourced IT department, managing and maintaining your network remotely; no business interruptions and no travel costs - all at a fraction of what in-house IT staff would cost your business.
